PUPU BLESSING, the CEO of NefeWorld Creativity, holds a B.Sc./Ed in Physics. She hails from Okpe Local Government Area. For lack of job, she enrolled and trained in Fashion and Textile Design in the 2017/2018 cycle of the Delta State Government’s Skills Training and Entrepreneurship Programme (STEP.)

So far, Blessing has made remarkable progress. She has acquired four manual sewing machines in addition to her starter pack. She has diversified into sales of fabrics. She is a trainer and hopes to become one of the best fashion designers in Warri. She shares her story.

“The patronage is good. From my proceeds I support my family. I want to be like my trainer, Neo Pele. I have acquired four manual sewing machines and trained four persons successfully.

“The Delta State Government’s job creation programme is the best when it comes to youth empowerment. Compared to other states, Delta State Job and Wealth Creation Bureau is second to none. I would have remained a private school teacher, but STEP transformed me to a CEO and a business owner.”
