In the three Senatorial Districts of Delta state, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) won two seats while the Democratic Peoples Party (DPP) has a seat.

Among the nine Federal constituencies of the House of Representatives, PDP won six of the seats while DPP, ACN and Accord shared the remaining three.

In the 29 state constituencies of the House of Assembly, PDP won 17 seats; DPP won nine seats while ACN and UDP won one seat each. There is no representative yet for Burutu II as the election has been inconclusive.
