Okowa Commended For Upgrading Schools Standard In Okoloba Community 

*Community Begs For More Assistance

Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, has been commended for being thoughtful and magnanimous towards the education of children in Okoloba Community by supplying 50 desks and seats to Okoloba Secondary School  and  50  desks and seats to Oge Primary School, Okoloba Community, both in Bomadi local government area of the state. 

The Chairman, Okoloba Community,  Mr Ebiboloemi Bidi who made this statement in Okoloba Community last week  said what the Governor has done was a big relief because both schools were not having enough seats for sometime especially the secondary school. 

According to him, with the supply of the  seats, it will further  guarantee their future success in education, which to him is bedrock of life.

Mr Bidi also appealed to  the Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa whose love of education to Deltans is  unprecedented to provide blocks of  classrooms to Okoloba Secondary school, which according to him is having only  one functional four Classrooms, out of it one has been turned to staff room. 

The Okoloba Community Chairman warned Pupils and Students of the schools not to vandalise it. He noted that he will deal decisively with anyone caught mishandling  school property. 

Mr Bidi thanked all those who must have contributed immensely to the supply of desks and seats to Okoloba schools. He promised to protect  it .

He advised parents and Guardians to  live up to their responsibility to ensure that they prioritize children education as the foremost in their journey to success in life.
