2015 Presidential Results Update: INEC Releases More Results From 10 States

The Indepedent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released more results of the 2015 Presidential and National Assembly elections from 10 states.

The results are as follows:

In Kano state, the total number of votes cast was 2,172,447. PDP polled 215,797 votes, while APC polled1,903,999

In Jigawa State, total number of votes cast was 10,718,89 APC polled 885,988 votes while PDP Polled 102,904votes

In Katsina State, the total number of vote cast was 1,481,714. APC polled 1,345,441, while PDP polled 98,937

In Kwara State, total number of votes cast was 461,401. APC polled 302,146. While PDP Polled 132,602.

In Kaduna total number of votes cast was 1,617,482. APC polled 1,127,760, while PDP polled 484085

In Anambra State, PDP polled 17926, while PDP polled 660,762.

In Abia State, PDP polled 368,303, while APC polled 13,394.

In Plateau State, the PDP had 509,615 against APC’s 429,140.

In Imo, the PDP won the presidential election with 559,185 against APC’s 133,253.

In Akwa Ibom, the PDP won with a landslide of 953,304 against APC’s 58,411

The commission will reconvene at 10am today, Tuesday March 31, 2015.
