Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, (DESOPADEC), Bashorun Askia Ogieh, FCNA, CrFA has felicitated with the former Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, as he turns 62 years.
Bashorun Askia, who described Chief Ibori as a man of imperishable legacies, recalled that the former governor’s love for the people led to the creation of DESOPADEC, which has been addressing the needs of the oil producing areas of Delta State.
He however asserted that the present Board, Management and Staff of DESOPADEC, have keenly followed Chief Ibori’s leadership footsteps in tackling the challenges in the oil bearing communities of Delta State..
