THE sixth edition of the Delta State Principals Cup comes up on Tuesday, November 30,2021 at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba.
Alaka Grammer School, Ozoro will lock horns with Ovwor Mixed Secondary school in the third place match, arranged to be the curtain raiser, before the final game between defending Champions, School of Commerce,Warri and Osadenis Mixed Secondary School, Asaba.
To reach the final, Osadenis beat Alaka Grammar School, Ozoro 4-0, while School of Commerce defeated Ovwor Mixed Secondary School 21-20 in a marathon penalty shootout, after full time ended 1-1.
The Group Managing Director of Zenith Bank, Ebenezer Onyeagwu, said all the last four teams would be rewarded with various gifts items as part of the final day activities.
The tournament is a grassroot and developmental soccer competition, organised for all Secondary Schools in the State.
