Managing Director /Chief Executive Officer of DELTA STATE OIL PRODUCING AREAS DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (DESOPADEC), Bashorun Askia Ogieh, FCNA, CIFA, says “A New Era for Delta Beckons” with the declaration of RT. HON. SHERIFF FRANCIS OROHWEDOR OBOREVWORI as the the undisputed gubernatorial flagbearer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the forthcoming 2023 Governorship election.
