Managing Director/CEO of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) and Udu of Isoko Nation, Bashorun Askia Ogieh (JP), says Governor Ifeanyi Okowa’s intelligence, depth and commitment to well being of Deltans, earned him VANGUARD PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR 2022 award.

The Managing Director of DESOPADEC states this in his congratulatory message to the Vice Presidential Candidate of the People Democratic Party (PDP) and Governor of Delta state, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa CON, asserted that the evidence of Governor Okowa’s intelligence, depth and commitment to the well being of the people of Delta state found him out as one of the best among his contemporaries.

Bashorun Askia, the Udu of ISOKO Nation further posited that Nigerians, especially Deltans yearn for Governor Okowa’s greater service in the Rescue, Recovery and Rebuilding of the Nigerian nation when he becomes Vice President.
