BREAKING: APC candidate congratulates Ogorugba on victory as Isoko North Chairman-Elect

Chairmanship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the just concluded local government council elections Apostle Joshua Ogbodo, has congratulated Prince Godwin Ogorugba on his emergence as Chairman-Elect of Isoko North Local Government Council.

Ogbodo in a congratulatory message on his Facebook page prayed for wisdom on the Chairman-Elect to pilot the affairs of the Council to deliver democratic dividends to the people.

He wrote: I want to use this medium to congratulate the chairman elect of Isoko North LGA.

“I pray may God give you wisdom to pilot the affairs of Isoko nation and deliver the dividends of democracy to all.” he stated.

It will be recalled that the
Returning Officer for Isoko North, Dr Felix Omoruwo of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, FUPRE, had on Saturday declared Prince Godwin Ogorugba of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP as winner having polled 38,126 votes to beat his main challenger, Apostle Joshua Ogbodo of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who scored 2,206 votes.
