MANAGING Director/CEO of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Odio Bashorun Askia Ogieh FCNA, CrFA, has eulogized one of Isoko foremost elder statesman and peace builder, Major-Gen. (Chief) Paul Ufuoma Omu, as he clocks 81 years.
The DESOPADEC boss, in a letter of felicitation tagged “81 Garlands For The People’s General” described the celebrant as a father and mentor, whose wisdom and guidance will usher a greater level of peace and unity in Isoko nation and Nigeria.
