Former Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly , Rt Hon Peter Onwusanya , has described the emergence of the Speaker of the State House of Assembly , Rt Hon Emomotimi Guwor , as Chairman Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures in Nigeria , as “a morale booster to Delta”.

He also added that Guwor’s emergence clearly attests to the pervading vibrant synergy existing between the legislature , executive and judiciary in Delta State.

In his congratulatory message , the former Speaker noted that Rt Hon Guwor’s acceptance by his colleagues is an indication of the Delta Assembly Speaker’s principled leadership , legislative acumen , and pragmatic dedication to democratic governance at the legislature .

Rt Hon Onwusanya described Guwor as a humble, detribalized and consummate team player , whose track record of leading the state Assembly to support the Oborevwori administration’s tangible developmental drive across the three senatorial districts , is top notch
