According to the Chief Executive Officer of PENTLAND REALTIES LIMITED, Mr. Emeka Eboagwu, the ground breaking ceremony marked the success story of the project, adding that the Park will kick-start at 20% sale per plot of the initial land allotment circa (50-60 plots) to raise funds for infrastructure development and key component to fully establish the Park.
As a result of the need to continue to provide best in class real estate investment to the citizenry in the east of the Niger, and to provide best in class site and service estate in Asaba, Pentland Realties Limited presents Felicity Park- ASABA.
Felicity Park is a 21.13 Hectare Green- Field Land located in AZAGBA OGWASHI – Asaba Territorial district, a five (5) minutes’ drive from the Capital City and 4 minutes’ drive from Asaba Airport. It’s also a one- minute drive to Delta State Polytechnic Ogwashi- ukwu.
