The reconciliation efforts of the PDP led by Tukur’s committee followed the Sunday, March 17 truce meeting of the PDP National Working Committee with  its South-West chapter in Ibadan, Oyo State.

The governors in the committee are Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta State, Governor Gabriel Suswam of Benue State, Governor Martin Elechi of Ebonyi State, Governor Muritala Nyako of Adamawa State and Governor Ibrahim Shema of Katsina State who is also the chairman of the committee.

Recall that the PDP in the South-West has been crises-ridden since the sacking of a former Osun State Governor, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, as the party’s national secretary.
