Delta state Director of Information and former Acting General Manager of Delta Broadcasting Service (DBS), Asaba, Sir. Ngozi Austin Mowah is among the newly appointment eight Permanent Secretaries in the State Civil Service, approved by the state governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan.
According to a statement signed by Mr. Paul Osahon, Deputy Director of Information and made available to Blank NEWS Online, “the new Permanent Secretaries are Mr. Afonwa Joseph Omeife, Dr. (Mrs) Lilian Omotekoro Okpakpo, Mr. Ngozi Austin Mowah, Mr. Valentine Uche Okwuchi, Engr. Adua Donatus Umukoro, Mr. Eric O. E. Osharode, Mrs. Felicia Nkem Adun and Mr. Emmanuel Amu Yugbovwre.
A dependable source revealed that the eight new Permanent Secretaries-designates were selected from among a list of over 20 persons pencilled down for elevation.
