PEOPLE, POLITICS AND THE PANDEMIC -With Austen Akhagbeme

-Blank NEWS Online (NIGERIA) –By Austen AKHAGBEME:

There’s no denying the fact that everyone is being negatively mesmerized by the trends of unforeseen events trailing the advent of the covid 19 pandemic.

Even those who earlier dismissed the notion that covid 19 was an agenda of those who seek to change narratives for mankind are gradually but regrettably coming to the realization of their fluke perspective and opaque narratives.

From the crumbling National Economies and its devastating effect on labour relations, to the threat to customary liberties, human rights and freedom, the world is badly hit and need to be rescued by all and sundry.

The story has long graduated from the Chinese wet market of Wuhan to a much more dangerous narrative of a selected few, working in conjunction with a selected non state actors to capture the world and bend her rules to favour their luciferian desires.

Despite these staggering revelations, postulation and suspicion, there are those who ignorantly are falling victim every day to the manipulation of these evil few to unleash mayhem on their fellow citizens all in the name of complying with the lockdown or social distancing or both. The internet is replete with pictures and videos of brutal enforcement by some states of the covid 19 emergency laws while the people are daily being bombarded with fearful but doubtful and unsubstantiated figures of infection, death and recovery of covid 19 patients.

Some Nation states, if not all, who choose to play politics with the pandemic are smiling home to the banks while shouting compliance orders to the already bamboozled citizenry. The world is truly in a trying period and the earlier we tell ourselves the truth, the better for us all.

The scientists, medical experts and a few political leaders are beginning to speak up; the emergency laws are strange and laden with sinister motives and lethal intensions. Brutality, annihilation and the subtlety of the evil policy of gradualism is unleashed and mankind will be the victim at the end of the day.

The geopolitical nature of the saga and its political economy is lopsided, favouring the metropoles against the impoverished periphery. Africa again has been chosen as the ready Guinea pig for the testing of the yet to be discovered vaccine while she’s being berated for daring to discover her own vaccine in Madagascar.

Covid 19 is changing the way we live, work, socialise, interact and travel. Long term ‘solutions’ are daily being proffered by some states as though pandemic lasts forever or was this one planned to last forever? This is the reason why we must pray and do everything possible to return the world to its old habitably peaceful state and place. The lies about covid 19 must be exposed and the morbid intentions of its perpetrators, nipped in the bud.
