Sports Fiesta: Delta Kickboxing Association Set To Grab Medals

The Delta state Kickboxing Association has concluded its first trials in preparation for the forthcoming National Sports Festival in Lagos state.

The Head Coach, Delta State Kickboxing Association, Chiekwe Christian said the trials which held April 2 to 4, 2012, was embarked upon on time to select professionals and discover more talents ahead of the games.

He recalled that during the last National Sports festival at Port Harcourt, the Delta state Kickboxing Association won two gold, five silver and five bronze medals respectively to place.

Coach Chiekwe Christian assured that the Kickboxing Association is determined to bring sports glory to Delta state by winning more medals.

The forthcoming National Sports Festival which is being hosted by Lagos state is scheduled for between November and December 2012.
