She is fulfilled being self-employed after six years of unemployment. Bridget has over 20 products to her credit. She is an employer and a trainer. She shares her testimony after six years.

“I was jobless for six years, but now, I am a testimony. I have passion for beauty, skin care and make-up. Currently, I have well over 20 products. I focus on fast-selling products and I have good patronage.

“I was inspired by the knowledge acquired during the Entrepreneurship and Business Management Training (EBMT) for trainees as well as the knowledge I received in Lagos. I can say my success is based on knowledge acquired during training. My brand is in high demand both home and abroad.

“From a room business space of ₦150,000.00 per annum, I now occupy a three-bedroom apartment of ₦650,000.00. I have also acquired new equipment such as body steaming machine, body massage machine, facial treatment equipment, big generator and have tastefully furnished the apartment for client’s delight. All these are from the proceeds of the business. No external support.

“I have fully moved into skin treatments, not focusing on products alone. I practise skin treatments like facials, body massage, body steam/scrub/polish, pedicure/manicure, waxing, skin tag removal etc.

“I have trained eight persons and have two staff. My plan is to make Chevonne Cosmetics a household name in the world of beauty therapy”
