The President-General of Izu-Anioma and civil war hero, Brigadier-General Godwin Alabi-Isama is set to be honoured with three chieftaincy titles to commemorate his home-coming by the people of Utagba-Uno in Ndokwa West Local Government Area of Delta State.

According to a press statement signed by the Chairman, Utagba-Uno Forum, Okwa (Sir) James Izah, prominent Deltans including retired Army Chiefs in the likes of former Chief of Army Staff, General Alexander Ogomudia are expected at the occasion billed to take place today, Saturday, November 21, 2014 at Community Palace, Ikilibi Quarters, Utagba-Uno from 12 noon.

The retired Army Chief will be conferred with Ajieh-Esa, Anagba and Ochiagha chieftaincy titles by his people at the occasion which politicians are expected to attend in their large numbers and which will have Okpondiogwu, Chief Godwin Iwegbue as Chairman.

Traditional rulers, the Ezemu of Utagba-Ogbe, HRM Isaac Obi, the Ezemu of Emu Kingdom, Obuenwe Johnson Ekpechiulu are expected to attend the ceremony with their colleagues from other Kingdoms while all sons and daughters of Anioma, the people of Delta North Senatorial District are also expected to be there to honour the President General of Izu-Anioma.
