In a well attended meeting of the Ambrose Alli University Alumni Association Sapele Main Branch, held in the evening of Thursday, December 26, 2024 being boxing day, as part of the celebrations of the yuletide season, members present took a valedictory look at the activities of the year in retrospect and resolved as follows:

1. Members unanimously congratulated the Worldwide President, Dr. Clifford Imade Omozeghian Esq for his reelection as the Worldwide President, in the National Convention held October, 26, 2024 at the main campus of Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma and passed a vote of confidence on him for his sterling leadership and commitment towards the Alumni Association;

2. Members, also, agreed that going forward, Chief Godwin Asudo, should be the Acting Chairman pending when a substantive election will be conducted;

3. Members agreed that elections will be conducted in April 2025 when the tenure of the current administration will come to an end;

4. Members, congratulated Dr. Ebenezer Okorodudu on his appointment and swearing in as Executive Director, Project, DESOPADEC.

5. Members appreciated His. Excellency, Elder Sheriff Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State, for the appointment of Dr. Ebenezer Okorodudu into the Board of DESOPADEC.

Those in attendance in the yuletide meeting include; Chief Godwin Asudo, Acting Chairman, Dr. Egbesu Samson Onoriode CNA; Engr. Apete Bright –  Assistant Secretary, Engr. Eguare Akpomuvire – Treasurer, Chief Mrs. Maria Asudo, Miss Loveth Ogbebor – Organizing Secretary, Mr. Joseph Ejitagha, Mr. Kenneth Akpebuje, and Hon. Johnson Idolor Akpolome, Worldwide Financial Secretary, amongst others

The meeting came to a climax with the serving of sumptuous meals and popping of champagne.
