Immediate past Managing Director/Chhief Executive of the Delta Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Bashorun Bashorun Askia Ogieh has felicitated with immediate past Governor of the State, HE Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa.
The Udu of Isoko Nation Bashorun Askia Ogieh, described the immediate past Governor of Delta State HE Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa as an extraordinary leader who did wonders as the Governor of Delta State from 2015 – 2023.

Despite the harsh and devastating economic realities and recession when you were elected, You performed extraordinary, Bashorun Askia declared.
