In his congratulatory message to the governor elect, Hon. Trophy described Rt. Honourable Sheriff the governor elect as an embodiment of peace, love and friendliness who is always desirous to deliver quality service to humanity.
Hon. Trophy who was also a member of PDP reconciliation Committee pointed out that Rt. Honourable Sheriff leadership qualities that has brought peace, harmony and brotherliness to the Delta state of Assembly, would be replicated when he finally sits on the governor’s seat.

According to him the massive turnout of masses to vote for him was unprecedented and is worthy of commendation, and also a testimony of the good character, unassuming disposition the governor elect posses, saying that the governor elect will bring true satisfaction to Deltans irrespective of party affiliations.

Hon. Trophy reiterated that PDP family leadership headed by the Governor His Excellency, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa timely inauguration of reconciliation Committee paid off because PDP family members put the Party first.
The State Chapter PDP treasurer prayed that God should grant wisdom, strength and good health to pilot the affairs of the state and continue the good works of governor Senator Ifeanyi Okowa.
He also appealed to Deltans to be supportive of the in coming administration without hesitation, saying the success of the in coming Government depends on the positive disposition all Deltans have for it,. He stressed that Deltans should believe, have confidence and support him.
