Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State, has been commended for appointing Chief Patrick Ukah as the Director-General of the Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency (DSCTDA).
The immediate past Special Assistant to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Intelligence Gathering, Hon. Onyeaju Kelvin George made the commendaton in Okpanam while speaking to newsmen.
He said that Chief Ukah was an illustrious son of Okpanam who had attracted several projects to the community.

He said that he was thankful to God for the appointment , adding that Chief Patrick Ukah was his uncle, leader and mentor.
