YAGEP Is an Encouragement to Youths in Agriculture-Ejotugbo

-By Gertrude Onyekachukwu-Uteh:

Prince Ejotugbo is a Brown YAGEP beneficiary of the Delta State Government’s Youth Agricultural Entrepreneurs Programme. He received farm input and support in Poultry in the 2020/2021 cycle. He hails from Ethiope West Local Government Area. He is the CEO of Exaugnoel Nig Enterprise. Hear him.

“The support package from the state government was timely. I have been in poultry business, oil palm development, plantain and vegetable farming. With the support, my farm grew.

“My stock is increasing. From 800 broilers, I now have 2,000 near table size broilers and another 1,600 broilers targeted at Christmas sales.

“The support helped me to apply to the All Nations School of Marine and Technology for a two-year programme in Nautical Science. YAGEP is a laudable programme to encourage youths in agriculture.”
